The problem
Becker had 8 production lines, 3 warehouses and a sales team scattered across DACH. Operational visibility was via Excel files emailed every Friday — 4 days late, often wrong.
Our approach
Full Data Pipeline + Dashboard: ingestion from ERP + WMS + CRM, scheduled ETL into a Postgres warehouse, 4 live dashboards (production, inventory, sales, finance), anomaly alerts to Slack.
The result
